Since it was established in 1966, SPRU is ranked 1st science and policy think tank in the UK and 6th in the world and has become one of the world’s largest specialized centres of its kind and a global leader in research, consultancy and teaching of science, technology and innovation policy and management. IM is the most successful MSc programme run by SPRU and the University of Sussex. Through the staff in the Teaching Office, I oversee the day-to-day administration of the programme, in particular, the organisation of the teaching content of the programme, appointing examiners for assessed work and supervisors for dissertations, monitoring student progress and advising those students in academic difficulties.
